.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the NE Gulf
through the Wed. A trough will shift across the W Gulf this
weekend, moving west of the area by Tue. A cold front will move
into the NW Gulf waters Wed. The front will reach from the
Florida Big Bend to the SW Gulf Thu.
