.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Harvey is inland in N Louisiana.
Harvey will continue to move inland, NE, more and more. A ridge
will build slowly across the Gulf through the remainder of the
week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.FRI...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to
2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...SW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NW to N late in
the evening, then, shifting to E after midnight. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extends from 31N59W to 28N70W
where it becomes stationary...to near St. Augustine Florida. The
front will weaken gradually across the north waters through 
tonight. High pressure will build in the wake of the front along 
30N, and will dominate the area the remainder of the week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.FRI...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
