.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is well N of the area near
31.7N 92.3W at 31/0300Z moving NNE or 030 degrees at 8 kt.
Harvey is forecast to move farther inland while weakening to a
Tropical Depression by tonight. High pressure will slowly build
back across the Gulf region through the remainder of the week.

.THU...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from 31N67W becoming
stationary near 29N75W and extending to near St. Augustine 
Florida will gradually weaken through Thu night with high 
pressure building in the wake of the front along 30N.  A weaker
ridge with axis along 25N will retreat later tonight.  

.OVERNIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 ft N of 27N.
