.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is well N of the area near
30.8N 93.1W at 30/2100Z moving NNE or 025 degrees at 7 kt.
Harvey is forecast to move farther inland while weakening to a
Tropical Depression by tonight. High pressure will slowly build
back across the Gulf region through the remainder of the week.

axis along 25N will retreat tonight. High pressure will build in
the wake of the cold front along 30N.
