.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is just inland near 30.5N 93.3W
at 30/1500Z moving NNE or 020 degrees at 7 kt. Harvey is forecast
to move farther inland while weakening to a Tropical Depression 
by tonight. High pressure will slowly build back across the Gulf 
region through the remainder of the week.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends over the northwest waters.
A ridge with axis along 25N dominates the remainder of the 
forecast region. The ridge will retreat eastward today. A weak 
cold front will move across the N waters, mainly N of 29N today 
into Thursday while weakening. High pressure will build in the 
wake of the front. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S of 27N, E winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N, SW
winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NE in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft
or less S of 27N, and 3 ft N of 27N.
