Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is near 29.0N 93.6W at
30/0300Z moving NE or 035 degrees at 5 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 994 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 45 kt
with gusts to 55 kt. Harvey is forecast to move inland near
29.8N 93.0W Wed morning and continue to move NE and farther
inland while weakening to a Tropical Depression through Wed
evening. High pressure will slowly build back across the Gulf
through the remainder of the week.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface trough over the northwest waters will
slide east through the end of the week. High pressure will
prevail over the southeast waters through Thu. Another area of
high  pressure will build in the wake of the departing trough
along 30N  Fri through Sun.

.OVERNIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...S of 27N,E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,S to SW
winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE in the afternoon. Seas 3 to
4 ft.
