Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is near 28.4N 94.3W at
29/1500Z moving NNE or 25 degrees at 4 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 997 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 40 kt
with gusts to 50 kt. Harvey is forecast to move to a position
inland near 29.8N 93.4W Wednesday morning. High pressure will
slowly build back across the Gulf through the remainder of the
week.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft late.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extending from Potential Tropical
Cyclone Ten extends over the northwest waters. A ridge of high
pressure extends along 27/28 north. The trough will shift across
the northern waters through Thu. High pressure will build in its
wake.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
27N. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of
27N.
