Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is along the Texas coast near
28.5N 96.0W moving SE or 125 degrees at 4 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 997 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 35 kt
with gusts to 45 kt. The center of Harvey is forecast to
continue moving SE and off the middle Texas coast through Tue
morning then turn NE through Tue night and inland again Wed
morning near the Texas Louisiana border. Some slight
restrengthening is possible after the center moves off the coast
this afternoon through Tuesday. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the
afternoon, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten is located near 31.4N
80.3W at 1500 UTC moving NNE or 25 deg at 8 kt. Estimated 
minimum central pressure is 1007 mb. Maximum sustained winds are
 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. This system remains elongated NE to
SW from NE Florida to offshore of Tampa Bay and will meander 
today before beginning to move NE tonight and Tuesday and exit the
region. Weak high pressure will build W across the area waters 
Wed and Thu in the wake of the cyclone.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of
27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to 20 kt
