.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is inland over Texas near
28.8N 96.6W at 28/0300 UTC moving ESE at 3 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 1000 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 35 kt
with gusts to 45 kt. The center of Harvey will move just
offshore the Texas coast Monday, then move NE along the coast
through Tuesday, before moving inland over the east Texas coast
Tuesday night.

Tropical Storm Monday morning and then track NE of the area Monday
night through Tuesday.
