.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is inland over Texas near
29.0N 97.0W at 27/2100 UTC moving SE at 2 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 1000 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 35 kt
with gusts to 45 kt. The center of Harvey will remain inland or
move very near the coast of southeastern Texas through Monday.

isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten located near 31.2N
80.0W at 27/2100 UTC and is nearly stationary. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 1000 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 30 kt
with gusts to 40 kt. The system is forecast to strengthen into a
Tropical Storm tonight and track north of the area the next
couple of days. Tropical Storm conditions are forecast to stay N
of 31N,with 20 to 30 kt winds along the northern waters the
next couple of days.

27N. Seas 4 to 7 ft. Numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms.
