.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is inland Texas near 29.0N
97.4W at 27/1500 UTC moving SSE 2 kt. Estimated minimum central
pressure is 1000 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 35 kt with
gusts to 45 kt. The center of Harvey will remain inland or move
very near the coast of southeastern Texas through Monday. The
proximity of Harvey to the coast will produce fresh to strong
southerly winds north of 26N and west of mainly 94W through mid-
week.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered

waters off the coast of northern Florida through Tuesday. Low
pressure center in central Florida will shift northeast along the
trough Sunday into Monday, then north of the area by Monday 
evening.
