.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is inland Texas near 29.2N
97.7W at 27/0900 UTC moving SSW at 1 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 998 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 40 kt
with gusts to 50 kt. Harvey is likely to become a tropical
depression by tonight. The center of Harvey will remain inland
or move very near the coast of southeastern Texas through
Monday. The proximity of Harvey to the coast will produce fresh
to strong southerly winds north of 26N and west of mainly 94W
through mid- week.  

.TODAY...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.

waters off the coast of northern Florida through Tuesday. Low 
pressure centered over central Florida will shift northeast
along the trough axis Sunday into Monday, then north of the area
by Monday evening.
