Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is inland near 29.3N 97.3W at
27/0300 UTC. The system has moved far enough inland where
tropical storm force winds are only located over the coastal
waters within 60 NM of the coast. The system will weaken to a
depression by Sunday evening and linger over Texas the next
several days. This will keep fresh to strong winds over the
extreme northwest waters the through the middle of next week.  

.OVERNIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Numerous showers
and scattered thunderstorms. 
.SUN...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Numerous showers and
scattered thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough will prevail over the northwest 
waters off the coast of northern Florida through Tuesday. Low 
pressure centered over central Florida will shift northeast
along the trough axis Sunday into Monday, then north of the area
by Monday evening. This low has a medium chance to develop into
a tropical cyclone over the next 48 hours.
