Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Harvey is inland near 28.9N 97.3W at
26/1500 UTC. The system has moved far enough inland where
tropical storm force winds are only located over the coastal
waters within 60 NM of the coast. The system will linger over
Texas the next several days. This will keep fresh to strong
winds over the northwest waters the through the middle of next
week.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough will prevail over the northwest 
waters off the coast of northern Florida through Tuesday. Low 
pressure centered over the western coast of central Florida will
 shift northeast along the trough axis Sunday into Monday, then
north of the area by Monday evening.
