Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Harvey is centered near 28.0N 97.0W at
26/0300 UTC, moving NW, or 325 degrees at 6 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 938 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 115 kt 
gusting to 140 kt. Harvey is forecast to move inland to near 28.6N
97.3W Saturday morning. Harvey is then likely to stall just 
inland of the middle Texas coast through the remainder of the 
weekend. 

.OVERNIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered

ahead of weak low pressure emerging off the Florida east coast 
Saturday. The low pressure may deepen as it moves N of the area 
early next week.
