.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Harvey over the SW gulf will
continue to move away from the SE Gulf of Mexico. A trough over
the SE gulf will move slowly N over the next few days.
 
.OVERNIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S late in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.THU NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight, then, shifting to S late. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.
