.SYNOPSIS...Recently regenerated Tropical Depression Harvey is
centered near 21.5N 92.5W at 15 UTC, moving northwest, or
310 degrees at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 30 kt gusting
to 40 kt. Harvey is forecast to intensify to tropical storm
strength this evening, moving inland over southern Texas Friday
night.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
