Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An upper level low will move from the central Gulf
to the western Gulf through mid week. A surface trough will move
from the Atlc into the SE Gulf by Thu. The remnants of Harvey
may move into SW Gulf Wed as a possible tropical cyclone, then
across the W central Gulf through the end of the week.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E late.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough from 28N71W to 23N74W will move WNW 
at 15 to 20 kt bringing active convection through the Bahamas 
into mid week. A ridge along 31N will move N of the area with the
progression of the trough.

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. S of 27N, seas 3 ft, subsiding to
2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft.
