Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The northern extent of a tropical wave will enter
the E Gulf Sun, moving across the basin through early next week.
Otherwise, a weak ridge will extend westward along 28N both
ahead of and behind the tropical wave. Tropical Depression
Harvey, currently across the S central Caribbean, will move WNW
through the NW Caribbean and Yucatan Peninsula Tue, then emerge
into the Bay of Campeche Tue night into Wed, possibly as a
tropical storm. 

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft late. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...The northern part of a strong tropical wave moving 
between the western Bahamas and the Florida peninsula will
continue W across the Straits of Florida tonight, accompanied by
fresh to locally strong winds and active weather. A trough in 
the tropical Atlc will move WNW and pass N of the Leeward 
Islands tonight and reach the southern Bahamas by early Mon, 
bringing strong winds and building seas to the waters S of 25N.
A ridge along 28N will move N of the area early next week. 

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. S of 27N, seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft in the morning, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
