Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The northern extent of a tropical wave will enter
the E Gulf Sun, moving across the basin through early next week.
Otherwise, a weak ridge will extend westward along 28N both
ahead of and behind the tropical wave. Tropical Storm Harvey
currently across the SE Caribbean will move through the NW
Caribbean and Yucatan Peninsula Tue, then emerge into the Bay of
Campeche Tue night into Wed, possibly as a tropical storm.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...The northern part of a strong tropical wave moving 
between the western Bahamas and the Florida peninsula will continue
W into the Straits of Florida through tonight, accompanied by 
fresh to locally strong winds and active weather. A strong
tropical wave in the tropical Atlc will pass N of the Leeward 
Islands tonight and reach the southern Bahamas by early Mon 
bringing strong winds and building seas to the waters S of 25N.
A ridge along 28N will move N of the area early next week.

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S
of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N.
