The ridge will shift N to near 28N Thursday through Friday, to 29N on Saturday and to along 31N on Sunday. The northern portion of a tropical wave located over the far SE waters will move across the remainder of the far southern waters through Friday. Fresh to locally strong easterly winds will accompany the wave.
