.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough across the NW Bahamas will move
across Florida Thu. A surface trough associated with a tropical 
wave approaching the Virgin Islands will reach the SE Bahamas Sat 
morning. Fresh to locally strong winds are expected during the 
evening north of Hispaniola, including the Windward Passage.
