the NW Gulf will drift northward through Thu. High pressure will
build across the region later in the week.

showers. 
.WED...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers.
.WED NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Emily is centered near 30.3N 
77.7W at 5 pm EDT, moving NE at 13 kt. Max winds are 30 kt with 
gusts to 40 kt. It is expected to move N of the area early Wed 
morning. High pressure will build across the region through late
week in the wake of Emily.

.TONIGHT...S of 27N,SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,SW
winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt after midnight.
