.SYNOPSIS...Newly downgraded Tropical Depression Emily is over
central Florida near 27.5N 80.9W at 11 pm EDT, moving E at 8 kt.
Max winds 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt. It is expected to continue
to move across the Florida peninsula through tonight. A weak
trough extending from TD Emily into the central Gulf will drift
north through mid week.  

.OVERNIGHT...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers.

showers.
