Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Emily is centered about 30 nm SW of
Tampa Florida near 27.6N 82.8W at 11 am EDT, moving E at 8 kt.
It is expected to move across the Florida peninsula through
Tuesday morning. A weak stationary front extending from TS Emily
into the central Gulf will transition to a trough tonight then
drift north through Wed.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Emily is centered about 30 nm SW of 
Tampa Florida near 27.6N 82.8W at 11 am EDT, moving E at 8 kt. It 
is expected to weaken as it moves across the Florida peninsula, 
then reintensify E of Northern Florida. A tropical wave passing S 
of Hispaniola will freshen trade winds north of the island through
Tue night, and approaches to the Windward Passage on Wednesday.
