Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters through Sat. A
weak cold front will reach the northern Gulf waters on Sat
night, then stall along 28N over the central and E gulf waters
by Sun night. The front will then transition to a trough Mon and 
meander over the E gulf through early next week. Unsettled weather
will accompany this boundary. 

.TODAY...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW late in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the afternoon. 
.SUN NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.  

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the basin the next several 
days. A weak cold front reach the far NW waters late Sat, stall 
from 31N78W to 29N82W Sun night, then transition to a trough as
it drifts NW through early next week. Expect moderate to fresh
winds and building seas across the south waters Sun through Tue
as the  Atlantic ridge strengthens and a tropical wave passes
over the  region.

.TODAY...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft after
midnight. Scattered showers. 
.SAT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers. 
.SAT NIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft early in the evening, subsiding to 2 ft
or less, then, building to 3 ft late. Scattered showers. 
.SUN...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
