Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters through the
weekend as a series of troughs drifts E across the NE Gulf. A
trough will develop over the Yucatan Peninsula during the
evening hours before pushing offshore into the SW Gulf each
night, then move W across the SW Gulf during the overnight
hours, and dissipate by late each morning. A weak cold front
will reach the northern Gulf waters on Sat night, then stall
from the Florida Big Bend to 26N92W to the Texas Coastal Bend
late Sun night with a surface low developing along the front
over the NE Gulf late Sun night. The low and front will drift W
on Tue as the ridge rebuilds westward.

2 ft or less. 
.FRI...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E late, then,
shifting to S late. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft in the afternoon.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the basin through the next
several days. A weak cold front will stall from 31N76W to 29N81W
 on Mon, drift W on Tue, and move back inland on Tue night. 
Moderate to locally fresh easterly flow S of the ridge will 
increase to a strong afternoon breeze along the N coast of 
Hispaniola and across the Windward Passage on Mon afternoon. A 
tropical wave will move W across the tropical waters late in the
 period. 

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.FRI NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 ft N of 27N. 
.SAT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N of
