.SYNOPSIS...Surface troughs moving W from the Yucatan will
produce fresh winds over the Bay of Campeche through Sun.
Otherwise, a ridge across the northern Gulf will maintain gentle
to moderate winds and seas 4 ft or less through Mon night.  

.OVERNIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.THU...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.

Sun.

15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft late in the evening, subsiding to 2 ft
or less.
