.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front will linger over the NE Gulf
through late Tue then dissipate. Weak ridging will prevail
elsewhere.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front off NE Florida will shift SE as a
 weak cold front through late Tue before stalling and
dissipating  from Bermuda to near Cape Canaveral Florida through
mid week.  Ridging along roughly 28N will support moderate to
fresh breezes S of 22N W of 70W, becoming strong overnight late
in the week off  the N coast of Hispaniola. 

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S
10 to 15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms.
