.SYNOPSIS...Atlc high pres will begin to build modestly W across
the NE Gulf tonight through the weekend as Tropical Depression
Cindy tracks NE across the lower Mississippi River valley. Winds
and seas will slowly subside over the north-central Gulf today. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Isolated
showers. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Isolated
showers.
