Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Cindy is inland near 31.0N 93.5W
997 mb at 11 AM EDT and is moving N or 360 deg at 11 kt, with
maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts to 40 kt. Cindy will track
well inland through tonight as it weakens. Winds and seas will
slowly subside over the north- central Gulf through early on
Friday. High pressure will build across the northern Gulf in the
wake of Cindy through Monday night.

night as a weak cold front moves just offshore the SE United 
States. The high will then be absorbed into a broad central Atlc
high Sat, with a ridge axis extending across the northern waters 
thereafter through Mon night.
