Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cindy is just inland the coast near
29.9N 93.6W 994 mb at 5 AM EDT is moving N or 360 deg at 10 kt,
with maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts to 45 kt. Cindy will
weaken to a depression as it continues inland to near 31.4N
93.5W early this afternoon, and track well inland through
tonight. Winds and seas will slowly subside over the north-
central Gulf through early on Friday. High pressure will build
across the northern Gulf in the wake of Cindy through Monday
night. 

.TODAY...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Isolated showers 
and thunderstorms.

weak cold front moves just offshore the SE United States. The 
ridge will change little through Monday.
