.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cindy centered near 27.6N 92.6W
996 mb at 11 AM EDT is moving NW or 310 deg at 9 kt, with
maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts to 55 kt. Cindy is forecast
to continue moving NW and will be inland near 30.3N 93.8W Thu
morning. Large seas will continue near and well E of the cyclone
center through Thu. High pressure will build across the northern
Gulf in the wake of Cindy and prevail through Sun night.

Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms.
