.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cindy centered near 25.7N 90.6W
999 mb at 5 PM EDT is nearly stationary, with maximum sustained
winds 40 kt gusts 50 kt. Cindy is forecast to continue moving
NW, reaching near 27.4N 92.9W Wednesday afternoon, and move
inland to a position near 30.8N 94.3W Thursday afternoon. High
seas will continue N and well E of the cyclone center through
Wednesday. High pressure will build in the wake of Cindy and
prevail through Sunday.

thunderstorms.
