Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Three centered near 25.9N
90.5W 999 mb at 11 AM EDT moving NW or 320 deg at 9 kt, with
maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts 45 kt. Highest winds remain
well to the NE of the center. Potential Tropical Cyclone Three
is forecast to continue moving NW and reach near 26.7N 91.6W
this evening, where it will become a Tropical Storm, then move
NNW and reach 27.4N 92.6W Wed morning, then strengthen slightly
as it moves inland near 30.1N 94.0W Thu morning. High seas will
continue N and well E of the cyclone center through Wednesday.
High pressure will extend from the Atlantic westward across the
northern Gulf Thursday night through Saturday night.
