.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure is centered over the south
central Gulf. The low will shift northwestward over the next
couple of days with the possibility of developing into a
tropical cyclone. Gale force winds are expected east of the low
today and Tuesday.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft. Numerous
showers and scattered thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft. Scattered
thunderstorms.
