.SYNOPSIS...Weak ridging across the northern Gulf will remain in
place through Sunday. Winds and seas will remain relatively
quiet over the basin through Sat, then increase over the south
central and southeast Gulf Sun through Mon ahead of a broad area
of low pressure expected to move over the Yucatan Peninsula. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds LESS THAN 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

moderate into Sat, then gradually increase early next week south
of 24N as the pressure gradient tightens significantly due to
developing low pressure across Central America.

15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of
