.SYNOPSIS...A low level trough from 26N93W TO 29N88W will
continue to drift N-NW through early Mon accompanied by TSTMS.
High pres building across the N Gulf from the E will begin to
relax on Tue night. Weak high pres will develop across the NE
Gulf Thu and Fri.  

.Overnight...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated TSTMs. 
.MON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and
