Fresh to strong tradewinds across the southern Caribbean will strengthen basin wide through Wed. Winds will pulse to gale force off the coast of Colombia tonight and Tue night. A cold front that stretches from E Cuba to the Gulf of Honduras will move SE through Tue, then stall from Dominican Republic to the NE coast of Honduras. The stalled front will result in heavy rain and potential flooding over Hispaniola. Strong NE winds will prevail to the W of the front through early Thu. ...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...
