A stationary front extending from central Cuba to central Honduras will reach from E Cuba to near the border of Nicaragua and Costa Rica early Tue, become stationary and weaken from the Windward Passage to Providencia Island through Wed, then dissipate by late Wed night. Fresh to strong NW to N winds will follow the front.
