A tightening of the pres gradient between the trough and Atlantic high pres will support fresh to near gale force SE winds over the central Gulf waters. The trough will move inland over Texas by early Mon with winds diminishing thereafter. High pres will prevail across the basin for the remainder of the upcoming week. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... A tropical wave near 70W will move across the remainder of the eastern Caribbean early this morning, then the central Caribbean later this morning and through Tue and the western Caribbean Tue night through Thu. Another tropical wave will move across the waters E of the Lesser Antilles tonight through Mon night, the eastern Caribbean Tue through Wed night, then the central Caribbean thereafter. Strong trades across the central Caribbean between 69W and 83W will slowly diminish through early Mon. The strongest winds will become confined to the S central waters, with similar pulsing winds continuing in the vicinity of the Gulf of Honduras. ...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...
