For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Douglas, which is currently centered about 
150 miles west northwest of Lihue, Hawaii. Douglas is moving toward 
the west-northwest around 17 mph. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
