DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Norma
was located near latitude 22.1 North, longitude 115.6 West. The
post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-northwest near 7 mph
(11 km/h). The remnant low should gradually turn northward during
the next day or so.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
The cyclone should gradually spin down over the next day or two.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
