DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 300 PM MDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E
was located near latitude 14.4 North, longitude 113.5 West. The
depression is moving toward the west near 7 mph (11 km/h), and this
motion is expected to continue during the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Some strengthening is forecast and the depression could become
a tropical storm on Sunday.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
