DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone
Eight-E was located near latitude 13.3 North, longitude 123.9 West.
The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-southwest near
7 mph (11 km/h), and a slow motion toward the southwest is expected
during the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
The remnant low is expected to persist with little change in
strength during the next 48 hours.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb (29.80 inches).
