DE VERACRUZ TO TUXPAN.  A TROPICAL STORM WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED
FROM SABANCUY TO EAST OF PUERTO DE VERACRUZ.  THE TROPICAL STORM
WARNING EAST OF CELESTUN HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.
