At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Celia was
located near latitude 14.8 North, longitude 119.8 West.  Celia is
moving toward the west near 12 mph (19 km/h), and this motion is
expected to continue through Monday.  A turn toward the west-
northwest is forecast Monday night.

Maximum sustained winds are near 60 mph (95 km/h) with higher gusts.
Some strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours, and Celia
is forecast to become a hurricane by tonight.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 115 miles (185 km),
mainly to the north of the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 997 mb (29.44 inches).
