At 300 PM CST (2100 UTC), the remnants of Otto were located near
latitude 8.7 North, longitude 96.0 West. The remnants are moving
toward the west near 16 mph (26 km/h), and this motion is expected
to continue for a day or two.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher
gusts. The remnants are expected to gradually weaken during the
next 24 hours or so.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb (29.77 inches).
