DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 23.1 North, longitude 122.7 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 18 mph (30 km/h). A
motion toward the northwest or west-northwest is expected during
the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 30 mph (45 km/h) with
higher gusts. Additional weakening is expected, and the depression
is forecast to become a remnant low by tonight.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
