DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 21.8 North, longitude 120.9 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 16 mph (26 km/h).  A
motion towards the northwest or west-northwest is expected during
the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Gradual weakening is expected, and the depression is forecast
to become a remnant low later today.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
